Highlights
Section titled “Highlights”- Inputs: four microphone and line inputs with preamps you set from the screen, the Control or the web UI: gain, 48 V phantom power, pad and high-pass, recallable per session. Two of them take instruments.
- Outputs: eight line outputs, a monitor pair and two headphone outputs on the front.
- Analog monitor level: the monitor knob works on an analog stage after the converters, so the digital path stays bit-perfect at every level. The bitwerk Control turns it from the desk.
- Low-latency monitoring: a direct monitoring mixer for recording, without the round trip through the computer.
- To the DAW and the network: USB to the computer (class compliant, no driver on macOS) and AES67 over Ethernet to every other room, stage box or Endpoint in the building, with word clock in and out.
- The bitwerk player inside: reference playback, A/B with loudness matching, room correction and the whole library, without a second computer.
